Adult Recreational League

Our program is non-results oriented, and is meant to be a way for adults in the community to play the game, learn more about the game, have fun, get some great exercise, and meet new people.  If you are a competitive soccer player looking for a competitive league – this is not it!

The season starts end of April/beginning of May and will run until the end of the summer. Games start at 8:30am are one hour long, and will run on Saturdays before our youth rec program. Although there is no cost to play, all participants must be registered through our website in order to play. When help is needed, we will be asking adult players to help set the fields up for the kids Spring Rec program.

When registering, you will be asked to self evaluate your playing experience and physical condition. We will be looking to form teams with players of similar experience levels. Don’t worry if you’re new to the game! Again, if you’re looking for a competitive team environment, this is not going to be it.

Players that are too physical, argumentative, disruptive, engage in trash talk or other unsportsmanlike behavior will be asked to leave.

Basic Rules:

  • There will be no sliding or slide tackling.

  • Except in a small sided (ex. 4v4) game, offsides is in effect

  • All fouls, out of bounds, hand balls, offsides, etc… will be called using the “honor system.”

  • Please don’t argue calls against you, just get on with the game.

  • If the club feels it’s worthwhile, we may use these games to help train referees.  If we do, the referee is the final authority on the field, and we ask that you respect their decision – regardless if you agree with it.

Players that are too physical, argumentative, disruptive, engage in trash talk or other unsportsmanlike behavior will be asked to leave.
