The Saints FC provides full-year, competitive play for the top athletes in the Capital Region while maintaining respect for interscholastic sports.

 

This provides athletes the perfect balance of practice, competition, and recovery to allow them, and the programs in Section II to prosper. This allows for strong relationships with school sports and proper player development for both high school and college soccer.

We field multiple teams from U6 to U19 for both boys and girls. Our teams compete in both the CDYSL and EDP leagues. This affords our players a higher level of play and expands their competition outside the immediate Capital Region.

We have a nationally licensed coaching staff with coaching experience at the club, high school, and college levels - led by Dan Fountain and Mike Brehm.

 

Teams are provided with:

• Training 2-3 times per week

• Supplemental small group training

• Futsal every two weeks

Indoors training is held at Afrim's, while outdoor training is based at our club training facility - the North Colonie Soccer Complex.
