The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPS)
Latham Circle TOPS (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a soccer program for young athletes with disabilities. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-21, who have special needs. Our goal is to enable young athletes with special needs to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.

Latham Circle TOPS is a program designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl with special needs, ages 4-21.
​
The program will begin on Saturday, 9/9/23, Off Columbus Day Weekend. The program will run from 10:00AM to 11:00AM and be held at the North Colonie Sports Complex on Boght Road – We will be on the top field next to the pavilion.

**Every player has to have a responsible adult there for them at the fields, please do not drop off and leave.
​
Registration is now open at www.lathamsoccer.org. Each player will receive a soccer uniform and a participation award. Cost is $20.00 per player. Please register online.
