Saints FC - Technical Training
The Saints FC is providing supplemental training sessions to players within our program beginning in January 2023!
​
The aim of these small-group training sessions is to get more individual attention from coaches, while strengthening the finer details of a player's game.
​
All boys sessions will be held on the following dates:

January - February: Mondays from 6:00 - 7:30pm at Shaker High School

March: None
-
April - June: Fridays from 5:00 - 6:30pm at the North Colonie Soccer Complex
​
Girls training dates and times are to be announced.
